Do you ship outside the UK?

No, we currently only ship to the UK.

How do I track my order?

Keep an eye on your inbox. We'll email you when it’s been dispatched. This will include a link to track your order.

How do I amend or cancel an order?

If we haven’t boxed and dispatched your order, we will try to amend or cancel it, please contact us at hello@mymetly.com

If this isn’t possible, once you receive your order, you have 30 days to return your products for a full refund. Please note, the products you return should not be

I’ve received a faulty item. What should I do?

We’re sorry about that. Please get in touch with our customer support team at
hello@mymetly.com within 14 working days of receiving your order. Let us know the problem
and any photos so we can get this sorted as quickly as possible.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Our boxes are already designed with gifting in mind. Not only does your bottle come in it's beautiful coloured box, but each order is also shipped in a bespoke black Metly box, perfect for gifting.

Do you offer e-gift cards?

We sure do. You can find all our e-gift card options here.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Metly bottles are Made For Life. That is why we offer a 2 year warranty on all core bottle parts and a 10 year warranty on the bottle itself.

How often should I replace the filter?

To make sure your water is the purest it can be, we recommend replacing the filter every two
months. The cheapest way to get filtered water? Simply click the subscribe and save option in the shop. Choose your delivery day. Save 10% and no shipping costs. Cancel anytime.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Absolutely! With the exception of the plastic wrapper that the filter comes in (we’re working on
this!), all our packaging is recyclable, made with FSC certified cardboard.
